Method of payment for those who do not own a credit card: Once the guest receives the e-mail confirming availability it is advisable to make a minimum deposit (at least 20% of the total amount). The reservation will be considered valid when we receive the details about the deposit from the bank. The guest will then receive an e-mail confirming the reservation.

Method of payment for credit card owners: It is necessary to send only the credit card number as a guarantee. If the reservation is cancelled during the seven days preceding the date of arrival part of the money is lost.
Settlement: Upon arrival the balance minus the deposit is to be paid in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation: The reservation can be cancelled up to one week before the date of arrival, otherwise the deposit is withheld. For guests who send their credit card number as a guarantee, if the reservation is cancelled during the seven days preceding the date of arrival part of the money is lost.
Incomplete and non-accurate forms shall not be taken into consideration.
